Our idea for the group project would be during the first few days of class have a class post on twitter. These posts would be simple introductory things that allow the students to get to know each other better and build a better classroom community. A bad thing that could happen on twitter is that students can post negative comments about each other on twitter but a good thing is that students could become closer and friendships could be created or they could discover some common ground between them.
